Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great care in crafting and packaging our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Ingestible Products
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ingestible items, including teas, oxymels, syrups, tinctures, and other internal-use products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Topical Products
Unopened and unused topical products (such as balms, salves, sprays, and oils) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
