Shipping policy

Processing Time

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches on our farm. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.


Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to:

  • United States of America

If you are located outside our current shipping regions and are interested in our products, please contact us before placing an order.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local carrier directly

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Weather & Seasonal Considerations

Some products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for damage caused by excessive heat or cold during transit.
